Upon Purchase, you agree to all of the following:

You may NOT use my art to train AI.

You may NOT use my art to make NFTs.

You MAY modify my art in any way after delivery.

You MAY use my art however you see fit, as long as it doesn't go against the other terms.

A model/reference sheet is required.

You may contact me through any of the sites on the HOME page, but I am likely to respond faster to Bluesky DMs that any of the alternatives.

Keep lines of communication open, as I may require additional info/clarification.

Purchase will be made through PayPal. Exceptions aren't impossible, feel free to ask.

Some knowledge of VTubing, 3D Animation, or VRChat is required. I am only providing the art, further configuration or set-up may be required. Feel free to ask for any help, as I wanna make sure you can use what I've provided you, but I am not required to do any of the work for you.

There is no set delivery time. Any amount of time I may give you is an estimate, and is subject to change.

As the art develops, I will contact you with the progress. I will make any revisions necessary (~2/3), until you're ready for me to proceed to the next step. After I proceed, I will not make any revisions to previous steps.

I will be posting progress photos and the final result to my social media accounts, unless the privacy Add-On was purchased. I may also record or livestream the process of creating the model.

I take half of the total payment up-front.

The model will be delivered after second half of payment is made.

If you wish to cancel, I WILL provide a refund before the remesh step. If I have already begun remeshing, I will NOT provide a refund. You are NOT subject to the second half of payment if you cancel.

I am also allowed to cancel the model at anytime. If that happens, you will be provided with a full refund.
